If you're needing a good reliable vehicle at a fair price do yourself a favour and head off to Rick's Auto Sales in Port Colborne. I live in Niagara Falls and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a reliable make or model of car/SUV at a fair price. I thought this should be easy to find in the Falls or St. Catharines, but after looking for several days I was not seeing what I was looking for. I use to live near Port Colborne and thought maybe I should look there. Rick's, near the Dairy Queen, was the first dealer I headed to and as soon as I drove on to the lot I saw five cars/SUV that fit what I was looking for. I went inside and met Peter Binka and he filled me in on the ones I noticed and mentioned a couple of more that might be suitable. After showing my license and insurance I started test driving my favourite picks. The test drives sold me on a Honda HR V, I back and told Peter I was interested in the HR V and this is when I was really impressed with the whole purchase process. First Peter is one of those genuine, decent individuals that sets your mind at ease. No up sell, no reams of paperwork, it was literally easier and quicker than buying a new cellphone with far less things to sign and all questions clearly explained. It was like buying a car from a knowledgeable friend who happened to work as a vehicle sales manager. It literally got even better a couple of days later when I picked the HR V up. It had new brakes and tires on it, a new battery, new mats and a really, really good detailing. Peter also explained that I had thirty day, 1,500km warranty at no cost. I did find a couple of little quirks with the car, like any used vehicle has. From past car buying experience I was a little leery calling about the glitches, but again, I very impressed when I gave Peter a call. He assured me there was no problem, and simple had me call their garage to arraign a date to get those items resolved. So like I said, do yourself a favour, if you live in Niagara or beyond, go to Rick's Auto Sales and see Peter Binka or whoever is working. Have a stress free shopping experience. It really is like buying from a friend. It is worth the drive.

I highly recommend Rick’s Auto Sales if you need a vehicle. I am from Quebec (south shore of Montreal) and was looking for a Jeep Wrangler with a certain color and equipment and Rick’s had one so I decided to buy it without even seing it in person. Peter (sales director) told me it was in great shape and even sent me videos of the Jeep so I was confident and I picked up the Jeep in Port Colborne to bring it back to Quebec. A couple days later, I found that some equipment were not working on the Jeep and contacted Peter. He told me to go to the nearest Jeep dealership to get a repair estimate. Even if the repair costed more than 1000$, he took responsibility for it and paid the total invoice with no questions…Used car dealerships sometimes have really bad reputations but this one made me think differently and its good to know there are still honest people in that business.
