What began as a humble 8×12 office—affectionately known as “the shack”—has grown into a trusted local business built on dedication, passion, and community. For more than 20 years, RICK’S AUTO SALES has been proud to serve Port Colborne and the surrounding areas with honest, reliable automotive sales and service.

At the heart of the business is Rick—born and raised right here in Port Colborne. A graduate of Lakeshore Catholic and Mohawk College’s Industrial Engineering Technology program, Rick started his career in the auto supply sector. When the company went into receivership, he saw an opportunity to pursue what truly inspired him: cars.

In 2005, he took a leap of faith and opened RICK’S AUTO SALES. Through hard work, integrity, and a genuine commitment to his customers, Rick has grown the business from a small dream into a full-service automotive centre. The addition of NAPA AUTOPRO and the expansion of the dealership reflect the continuous drive for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Rick believes in offering every customer the best possible experience. He personally selects every vehicle on the lot, ensuring quality, value, and peace of mind.

Peter is not only an outstanding sales man but a person also. From the viewing to purchasing to picking up experience he made me (trading in car for a truck) who was quite nervous feel very comfortable and taken care of.
